how we do it

Habitus Group is a leading PRS investor and development specialist with opportunities for both debt and equity investors.

We find hidden value by seeking mis-priced assets, identifying opportunities for rental & capital growth and creating value through development and asset management. We have a balanced portfolio with core holdings, opportunities for short to mid-term value creation and longer term strategic development plays.

We are always looking for new opportunities and welcome introductions of genuine off-market products in strong locations which fit our criteria for investment and / or development. please click here for our requirements.

We are also interested in JVs and land promotion opportunities.
